Overview: The Siegel Rewards Program is a program designed specifically for tenants
of Siegel Suites, Siegel Suites Select, and Siegel Slots & Suites (collectively, the “Suites Properties”),
which are managed by The Siegel Group Nevada Inc. (“The Siegel Group”). The Siegel Rewards Program is
available to all eligible tenants of the Suites Properties. All users of this web site agree that their
access to and use of this application are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all
applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user’s own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice.
Eligibility: Eligibility for the Siegel Rewards Program is limited to current paying tenants of participating
Suites Properties. “Paying Tenants” are persons, age 18 or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, who live at a
participating Suites Properties, make rent payments and are on the registration card for the unit for which the payments are
made. Paying Tenants who leave Suites Properties will have no more than 30 days in which to redeem their points or to again
become a Paying Tenant of Suites Properties. After the expiration of the 30 days, any and all remaining points will be
forfeited. No credit, carryover, or redemption of points is available after eligibility is severed. Suites Properties’
employees are excluded from participating in the Siegel Suites Rewards Program.
To be eligible, tenants must pay directly
to Suites Properties 100% of the then-applicable market rate in advance of the tenant’s stay at the property.
Tenants are ineligible if their rent is paid through direct billing or later-received subsidies.
Participant Enrollment: Participation and enrollment in the Siegel Rewards Program is entirely voluntary.
Each eligible Paying Tenant of Suites Properties may join this free program. It is the Paying Tenant’s
responsibility to request membership into the club when they become eligible to join. Upon enrollment into
the program, Paying Tenant (“Participant”) will be assigned a user login, which will be used to gain access
to the Siegel Rewards Program web site. Upon initial login, Participants are required to change their password.
Participants are encouraged to keep this login information in a secure location. The security and any
unauthorized access of the Participant’s login information is the sole responsibility of the Participant.
Program Changes: Suites Properties reserve the right, without prior notice,
to make changes or discontinue this program and/or these terms and conditions at any time for
any reason. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the available
points, or the terms and conditions of this program will be resolved by the Corporate Siegel
Suites Rewards Programs Accounting Administrator and/or the Siegel Executive Team.
Earning, Redemption and Deduction of Points:
Participants who are registered with the program will receive points for every dollar
spent on rent, pet fees, pet rent, key fees, cleaning fees, surcharges and
late fees. Eligible dollar amounts will be rounded down to the nearest point.
No points will be awarded for taxes paid. Participants will be required to present
their Siegel Suites Rewards Card at the time a payment is made. Failure to provide
the Siegel Suites Rewards Card at the time of payment may result in forfeiture of
any and all points that would have been earned for that payment.
Participants will receive points beginning from the date of their enrollment
into the Siegel Suites Rewards Program. No points will be awarded for eligible
activity prior to enrollment.
Siegel Suites Rewards Points in a Participant’s account do not constitute
property of the Participant. Points have no fixed value, are non-transferable
and are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit. Points have no
value until presented by the Participate for redemption in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions. Siegel Suites Rewards Points may only be used
to redeem merchandise from the Siegel Suites On-line Catalog. Siegel Suites
Rewards Points not redeemed within 30 days from the Participant account’s
last point earning activity will be forfeited.
Accounts that are inactive will be automatically locked. An inactive account
is one which does not have any point earning activity for a period of 30 days.
However, the program administrator shall have the authority, in its sole and
absolute discretion to lock Participant accounts for any reason. If Participant
wishes to continue using Siegel Suites Rewards Program, they must re-apply
for a new account. Once an account has been locked, all points associated
with that account will be forfeited.
Participants can view their total points earned at any time by accessing
the Siegel Suites Reward Program on-line and selecting “My Account”.
It may take up to ten (10) business days for points to be posted to your account.
It is the responsibility of the Participant to inform their Siegel Suites Property Manager of any discrepancies that they find in their account. Discrepancies will be investigated and the Participant will be notified of the resolution.
Participants will not lose any accumulated points in the Siegel Rewards Program when they move to another participating Suites Properties location.
Rent Payments: Bonus points will be automatically awarded to all active participants after every 90
days of continuous rent payments at a single location beginning with the date that a tenant applies
for their Siegel Suites Rewards Card. Should there be a break in continuous payments at a single location,
Participants will then be eligible to again begin the process of earning bonus points
under this section once they again begin making continuous payments.
Promotional Events: From time to time, Suites Properties, at its sole discretion, may sponsor
events intended to promote participation in the Siegel Suites Rewards Program. Additional points
may be earned through these various promotions and offers. These promotions and offers may be
terminated at any time, for any reason, without cause or warning. Rules and regulations for
these promotions will be posted in the front office of each participating Suites Properties location.
Newly Referred Tenant: Points may also be earned through the Siegel Suites Referral Program.
Upon the move-in of a newly referred tenant, the newly referred tenant will be required to
provide the first and last name of the person who referred them to the participating Suites
Properties location including their telephone number and the participating Suites Properties
location the referring tenant currently resides. This information must be provided when
prompted upon registration into the Siegel Suites Rewards Program. In addition, the newly
referred tenant must become a Participant of the Siegel Suites Rewards Program. The newly
referred tenant is solely responsible for providing this information at the time of move-in
and their failure to provide this information upon move-in may result in forfeiture of any
and all Newly Referred Tenant bonus points for the referring tenant. Persons who are
Participants of the Siegel Rewards Program or are currently living at a Suites Properties
location are not considered “newly referred tenants.”
Email Notifications: Email notifications will be issued to Participants upon various events including:
Account Activation/Registration- Participant receives a “Welcome” email.
Point Deposit Participant receives an email notification of the points awarded.
Referral Submissions- Participant receives and email notification thanking him/her for the referral.
The individual who made the referral will also receive an email notification of the referral.
Monthly Update- Participants will receive a quarterly update email that
lists their total points value accumulated in addition to any activity during the quarter.
When you have obtained sufficient points, you may redeem them for
an item or item(s) from those described in the Siegel Suites On-line Catalog.
The fulfillment of the merchandise and any issue regarding the redemption should
contact Online Rewards of Dallas, TX. Siegel Suites is not responsible for reward
redemption in any manner. All reward redemption inquires must be made to Online Rewards.
Online rewards will provide email and toll-free telephone support for the program
participants with regards to issues involving orders placed. Customer service and
support is available from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM EST. In most instances, Online Rewards
will respond to issues the same day if received before 3:00 PM EST, otherwise within one
(1) business day. The fulfillment of the merchandise and any issue regarding the
redemption should contact Online Rewards of Dallas, TX. Siegel Suites is not responsible for
reward redemption in any manner. All reward redemption inquires must be made to
Online Rewards. Online rewards will provide email and toll-free telephone support
for the program participants with regards to issues involving orders placed.
Customer service and support is available from8:30 AM until 5:30 PM EST. In most
instances, Online Rewards will respond to issues the same day if received
before 3:00 PM EST, otherwise within one (1) business day.
Rewards items will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days following receipt
of each order. Online Rewards will notify the recipient of any delays,
and will provide the recipient an opportunity to select an alternate item.
Online Rewards reserves the right to make modifications to the Catalog in
accordance with product availability. Online Rewards shall use reasonable
efforts to ensure that any replacement items are of a similar style and
price-point. Claims for damage to or loss of a redeemed item must be
filed with Online Rewards within 30 business days of receipt by a
participant of the ordered merchandise.
Orders canceled after an item has been shipped, where the item is not
damaged, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, subject to the
policies of each specific supplier and the condition of the item
returned, including whether the item is returned in original packaging.
Recipients are responsible for the cost of returning the items to the
supplier as specified by Online Rewards customer service department.
Defective merchandise must be returned for warranty replacement within
30 days, merchandise must be returned to the manufacture for warranty service.
The Siegel Group and Suites Properties reserve the right to modify the merchandise
available in the Siegel Suites On-line Catalog at any time without notice.
Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be
made based on availability or marketing conditions.
Termination of Participant Account:
The Siegel Group, Suites Properties, and their affiliated companies at their
discretion may terminate your membership and/or cancel some or all of your
Siegel Suites Rewards Points or other rewards accrued at any time for
issues including but not limited to abusing, violating or defrauding the
Siegel Suites Rewards Program, points or reward redemption, or any federal,
state or local law; rent delinquency or non-payment; involvement in legal
proceedings against Siegel or its affiliated companies; or destruction of
property. No provision herein shall limit any of the available remedies Siegel
or its affiliated companies’ may have against you.
You agree that The Siegel Group and Suites Properties have the sole discretion
to interpret all program rules and regulations and you hereby agree by your
participation in the Program to abide by their interpretations of these rules.
Termination of Program: The Siegel Group and Suites Properties reserve the right to terminate or
otherwise modify the Siegel Rewards Program at any time for any reason without notice. If the program is
suspended or terminated, any Siegel Suites Reward Program Points must be redeemed
within 30 days from the date of suspension or termination.
Participant Program Tracking: It is the responsibility of each Participant to use their
earned points to redeem items from the Siegel Suites On-line Catalog. Earned points can only
be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Siegel Suites On-line Catalog.
Taxes: Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal,
state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole
responsibility of the Participant and not The Siegel Group, Suites Properties,
or any of their affiliates or agents. The Siegel Group and/or Suites Properties
will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping and Handling: Merchandise redeemed under this program is subject
to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the
point value associated with each item in the Siegel Suites On-line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Confidentiality: Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of their account usernames and password and for restricting access to their computer.
Participants agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their
account or password. Participants agree to immediately notify The Siegel Group of its suspicion
or knowledge of any unauthorized use of its username and password. Participant agrees
to hold harmless The Siegel Group, the Suites Properties, their affiliates and Online Rewards.
Laws and Regulations: This program shall be governed by the laws of the
State of Nevada, without regard to conflicts of law principles. By joining this program,
Participant consents to jurisdiction by the state and federal courts sitting in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Wavier/Limitation of Liability: The Siegel Group and the Siegel Properties do
not warrant or represent the condition or safety of any products or services at any
time or their fitness for a particular purpose or use. Any warranty, express or implied,
is hereby excluded and disclaimed, including implied warranties of fitness for a
particular purpose. This program is not endorsed by or affiliated with the prize companies.
By joining the Siegel Rewards Program you hereby release and discharge The Siegel Group Nevada,
Inc. (“The Siegel Group”), the Suites Properties, and any other party associated with the development
or administration of this program, their parents, subsidiary, and affiliated entities,
and each of their respective officers, directors, members, shareholders, employees,
independent contractors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, “Siegel Entities”),
from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with this program, including without
limitation legal claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages, demands or actions of
any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or
destruction or property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light)
(collectively, “Claims”). Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes a
release by any winner of the Siegel Entities of any and all Claims in connection with
the administration of this program and the use, misuse, or possession of any prize.
Siegel Entities will not be liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential or similar
damages arising (i) out of your access, use or inability to use the Site, the Contents or
any linked website, or (ii) in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission,
interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or system failure.
Statement of Siegel Suites Reward Points Earned: This web site provides eligible Participants with transaction details, and Siegel Suites Rewards Points balances.
Copyright: Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including without limitation, logos, graphics, designs, rich and moving media, other images, photos, content, creative, business and marketing plans, strategies, information about accommodations and amenities and similar information are copyrights, patents, trade secrets, trade dress, trademarks, service marks and/or other intellectual properties (“Intellectual Property”) owned and controlled by The Siegel Group, the Suites Properties or their affiliated companies and is protected by United States and international copyright laws irrespective of any designation (e.g. ©, ®, or ™ signs). This Web Site or any portion of this site may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the appropriate owning entity.
